The most popular cocktails during Happy Hours
Not sure which drink to start with? Cuba Libre, Aperol Spritz and Moscow Mule are among the favourites for a summer evening. Each offers a different flavour, from a sweeter citrus classic and a light spritz to a more distinctive ginger-based drink.
Cuba Libre

An ice-cold combination of rum, cola and lime is a classic for good reason. Cuba Libre is juicy, lightly citrusy and refreshingly easy to drink, making it a great first cocktail on a hot summer evening.
Aperol Spritz

Light, refreshing and gently bittersweet, Aperol Spritz is ideal for a relaxed start to the evening. Take a seat in the lounge, order the first round and enjoy the combination of Aperol, prosecco and soda while catching up with friends or beginning a longer night at Zlatý Strom.
Moscow Mule

Moscow Mule combines vodka, ginger beer and lime. The result is an ice-cold drink with a fresh citrus flavour and a more pronounced ginger finish. It is a great choice if you are looking for something less sweet and slightly sharper than a classic spritz.
More cocktails from CZK 99
The selection does not end with these three favourites. During Happy Hours, you can also order Mojito, Caipirinha, Caipiroska, Cosmopolitan and other selected cocktails and mixed drinks.
Most discounted cocktails are available for CZK 99. Long Island Iced Tea is priced at CZK 149. You can find the latest prices and the full selection in the Happy Hours menu.
From a relaxed drink to music and late-night entertainment
Zlatý Strom is more than a single bar space. Throughout the evening, you can move freely between three different areas, each offering its own way to enjoy the night.
The Nest

A cocktail lounge with comfortable seating, table service and a more relaxed atmosphere. It is ideal for a first drink, a date or an evening when you want to talk without having to shout over the music.
The Roots

A club for continuing the night with louder music and a dance floor. Wednesdays and Thursdays bring a musical warm-up, while Fridays switch into full club mode with an energetic DJ programme, accompanied by a live saxophonist or violinist depending on the current schedule.
The Apple

A bar with a professional live dance show beginning every evening at 21:00. The programme combines pole dance, acrobatics and striking choreography performed directly on the bar.
You can start Happy Hours with a relaxed cocktail and continue later with music, a live show or dancing, all without changing locations.
After work, before dinner or at the start of the night
Starting at 19:00, Happy Hours fit easily into several kinds of evening plans. Stop by after work, enjoy a drink before dinner or meet friends before the main late-night programme begins.
Zlatý Strom is located directly in Prague’s historic centre, just a few steps from Charles Bridge. It is easily accessible for both locals and visitors looking for a cocktail bar with free entry and prices without a tourist markup.
Tourists welcome. Locals too.
Booking a table at Zlatý Strom
You can visit Happy Hours without a reservation. However, we recommend booking a table on Fridays, Saturdays, when visiting with a larger group or whenever you want to be sure of comfortable seating throughout the evening.
When making a reservation, you can choose the cocktail lounge, an area closer to the music or a VIP box with bottle service and table service.
