How do I choose the right venue if I am not sure what type of event I am looking for?

For smaller groups of up to around 18 guests, private dining rooms and separate spaces are ideal for a more intimate company dinner or gathering. For larger groups, we recommend a traditional seated dinner, or a more formal format with presentations or an organised programme.

If you would like guests to move around and interact more freely, a reception or cocktail-style event is a suitable choice. For larger celebrations with music, DJ entertainment and dancing, event spaces, bars or club venues are the ideal option.

If you are unsure which format best suits your event, simply provide the basic details in our enquiry form - including the number of guests, preferred date, idea of the evening programme or any specific requirements. Our team will recommend the most suitable venue and event format.

Can you help with organising a company event?

Yes. Our event team will assist you throughout the entire process, from selecting the right venue and preparing a proposal to coordinating the event on the day itself.

Can you arrange a photographer, decorations, flowers or entertainment?

Yes. Depending on the type of event and your requirements, we can help arrange additional services such as photography, floral arrangements, decorations or entertainment.

We can provide DJ entertainment as well as live music options, including violin, saxophone or piano performances. Available options depend on the selected venue and event format.

Can we bring our own catering or drinks service?

External catering is not available at our venues. However, we will gladly prepare a customised offer based on your requirements and event format, from served menus and buffets to finger food and canapés.

You can choose from both meat and vegetarian options. We focus on quality ingredients, including homemade bread, fresh pasta and desserts prepared by our own pastry team.

How does the venue booking process work?

Once you approve the proposal, we will confirm the reservation and arrange the next steps, including payment terms, deposit requirements and invoicing. All event documentation is prepared to meet company requirements and internal approval processes.
