How do I register and when can I start using the benefits?

If you stay with us, you automatically become a member of the BHG Family. To enjoy benefits in our restaurants and bars, a short online registration is required - this also applies to hotel guests - and takes only about two minutes to complete on our website.

You can start enjoying your benefits immediately after registering. And the more often you return, the more benefits you receive.

Do I have to stay at the hotel to use benefits in the restaurants and bars?

No - benefits in our restaurants and bars are available to everyone, whether or not you are staying in one of our hotels. All you need to do is complete a short online registration.

Once registered, you will immediately receive a 5% discount across all our restaurants and bars, priority reservations, and access to exclusive events. Our venues are open to everyone - and with us, loyalty always brings advantages.

How do the benefits work for repeated stays and how can I receive a room upgrade?

The more often you return, the better the conditions become. From your second stay onwards, your accommodation rate gradually decreases, becoming more favourable with your third and fifth stay.

A small welcome gift awaits you on every arrival as a thank you for your loyalty. Our most loyal guests may also enjoy a complimentary room upgrade and late check-out. The programme is always available with direct bookings made through our hotel websites.

What is the VIP discount and how can I obtain it?

The VIP discount is a benefit for our most loyal restaurant and bar guests. If your annual spend across our gastronomy venues exceeds CZK 30,000, you receive a fixed 10% discount in all of our restaurants and bars.

The discount is applied automatically and remains valid for as long as you retain your VIP status.

Do the benefits apply in all of your hotels and venues?

Yes, the BHG Family programme applies across our entire group. Accommodation benefits can be used in all three hotels - Iron Gate Hotel & Suites, Hotel U Prince, and Hotel U Zlatého Stromu. Your stays are counted together regardless of which hotel you choose.

Gastronomy benefits apply in all of our restaurants and bars - Restaurant U Prince, Restaurant Zlatý Strom, Deer Restaurant, Terasa U Prince, Black Angel’s Bar, and Zlatý Strom Bar & Club.
