What makes your bars unique?

Each of our bars has a story of its own.

Black Angel’s Bar is a true gem of Prague’s cocktail scene, long ranked among the world’s leading bars and a defining name in Czech bar culture. Guests come for masterfully crafted cocktails and the atmosphere of a classic speakeasy filled with mystery and charm. It is no coincidence that writer Dan Brown became fond of the bar and even mentioned it in his book Secret of Secrets.

Zlatý Strom Bar & Club has been an icon of Prague nightlife for more than 30 years - a place that helped shape the story of entertainment in the very heart of the city.

Two bars - two different worlds, each exceptional in its own way.

Is a reservation necessary?

At Black Angel’s Bar, reservations are possible until 7:00 pm and are strongly recommended, as the bar tends to fill quickly later in the evening and we cannot guarantee table availability.

At Zlatý Strom Bar & Club, we recommend reserving a booth to ensure comfort and privacy throughout the evening.

Reservations can be made quickly and easily online.

Is there an entrance fee?

You do not pay an entrance fee with us. 

Entry to both of our bars and to the club is free of charge.

What kind of music programme do you offer and when?

At Black Angel’s Bar, live music accompanies every evening. A pianist - and at times a saxophonist - completes the distinctive atmosphere of this world-renowned bar.

At Zlatý Strom Bar & Club, music is an essential part of the experience throughout the night. On weekends, the atmosphere becomes more dynamic, with a DJ joined by live performers such as viola or saxophone, and occasional special guests.

Is there an age restriction for entry?

Entry to our bars and clubs is strictly permitted only to guests aged 18 and over.

No exceptions.

Can the bar be reserved for a private or corporate event?

At Black Angel’s Bar, you can reserve part of the bar or a small private bar with your own bartender - ideal for an exclusive cocktail evening, a smaller corporate gathering, or a meeting with business partners and clients. The private space accommodates up to 25 guests, while the entire bar can be reserved for events of up to 100 guests.

Zlatý Strom Bar & Club offers space for larger events of up to 350 guests, with the option of a private DJ and a tailored music programme.
