Original Bauer is a cake for those who appreciate a bold chocolate taste. A delicate chocolate base is complemented by a mousse made from 70% premium Belgian chocolate and a light white chocolate mousse, which gives the cake a velvety balance. The cake is prepared by the hotel patisserie of Hotel U Prince.
