Gingerbread is an old Czech, classic and very popular Christmas cookie known for its spicy taste and aroma reminiscent of the festive spirit of Christmas. Decorated with original techniques used since time immemorial.
It is a dark brown sweet candy whose original recipe consisted of honey, flour and pepper. It was pepper that gave rise to the word gingerbread.
