How the BHG Club works
- There are two types of BHG Club memberships: BASIC and VIP.
- BASIC membership is for guests who enjoy visiting our establishments and would like to take advantage of permanent and seasonal benefits.
- VIP membership is earned by those who annually spend at least CZK 30,000 by December 1 each year. - With Club membership, you can immediately enjoy the benefits presented on this website.
- To take advantage of Club benefits, present your Club Card at the beginning of each visit to record your purchase (not possible retroactively after payment).
- Moreover, you can also earn Bonus Points that can be used when paying for your future purchases. BASIC members receive 5% and VIP members 10% Cash Back, which is credited to the Cardholder's membership account on the first day of the following calendar month in the form of Bonus Points.
- Accumulated Bonus Points can be redeemed when paying for your purchase, up to a maximum of 75% of the bill, by presenting your Club Card to the staff upon payment and requesting the use of your Bonus Points.
- Purchases of gift cards, discounted products, lunch specials, happy hours, tobacco products or other special offers do not earn points for your Club Card.
- Every BHG Club member receives the Club e-newsletter with the latest news from the Club and seasonal benefits.
